WTF is an Aerator of Unfuckwithability?

A device used to introduce action / movement to an area by lifting organic materials up so as to provide circulation and improve oxygen in order to prevent the growth of mold or other inhibiting factors. (One must first aerate the soil before one can plant seeds.)
